Marc Coffee Table by Quattria is a minimalist conception by Barcelona-based designers Gauzak. Marc is deceptively simple and can be utilized as a coffee table and a magazine rack.
Someone who has no feeling for fine art or a keen eye for delicately designed furniture could be inclined to refer to Marc Coffee table as a clothes horse. The less cultural barbaric however may value this piece for its uniqueness and functionality.
If you’re reading with a cup of coffee there and your phone rings, you can easily hang your book or magazine about the thin bars of the table, so you know what page you left of. So you will never lose track of your Dune adventures, Harry Potter episodes. Or whatever your taste in reading is.
The table has a sliding surface made of tempered glass. The construction of the coffee table is made of painted steel rod.
The glass top of the table slides easily over the entire length, and can thus hold the page of the newspaper.
